Through a culturally entrepreneurial approach to creativity, Charlie enjoys making work which offers something that people haven't quite seen the likes of before. He is in his element when pulling together artforms which are normally separate, mixing-and-matching the skills of artists he finds exciting. He is often heard to state carelessly that "it is better to be a little bit good at lots of things than a specialist in one", and that "many artists can be combined to make a super-artist."
He is a curator, workshop co-ordinator, writer, illustrator, puppeteer, performer, 3-D/installation artist, and culinary genius. It is his hope to turn The Clockwork Moth into a generous and inspiring fairy-tale of many chapters.
